Directions for Use:

Brush teeth for 3 minutes at least twice a day (morning and evening), preferably after each meal.

For children under six years old, use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize the risk of swallowing. If fluoride is taken from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
