This premium extra virgin olive oil is produced directly from olives using only mechanical processes. Cold-pressed to preserve its natural flavor and properties, it is best used raw as a complement to salads and sauces.

At low temperatures, the oil may thicken, which does not affect its quality and reverses at room temperature. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark place.
