Directions for use

Use in two ways:

As a shampoo: Apply a small amount to a wet scalp, massage gently using circular motions, leave on for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

As a scalp exfoliant: Apply a small amount to a dry scalp, massage gently using circular motions, leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Use once a week or more frequently, depending on the needs of your scalp and hair.
